The Vault

The Guardian Vault has been fitted with the most sophisticated and modern multi level security available to provide you with peace of mind that your possessions will be safe.

Access to the safety deposit vault is tightly controlled. All customers have there picture loaded into our Titan entry control system. When you scan you access card to gain entry through to the external foyer door your picture comes up on the custodians monitor allowing him to identify you.

The custodian then controls your entry through the stainless steel doors where you sign the authorised signature card.

The custodian will then take you through to the internal foyer and into the vault to open your safe deposit box. Your safe deposit box is opened using a dual key locking mechanism. One key is inserted into the lock by the custodian and the other by you the box holder. Each key is useless without the other. Without your unique key the box cannot be opened.

The vault is monitored and protected by a network of sophisticated surveillance cameras, motion and seismic detectors. The thick walls of the vault are re-enforced with stainless steel bars similar to those in the external foyer. The vault entry is secured at night by the 10 tonne, 30cm thick stainless steel vault door.

Your privacy is of prime concern to us. Only you or a person you nominate will have access to what is stored in your safety deposit box. Private viewing rooms are provided where you can check the contents of your safe deposit box in complete privacy.
