Privacy Statement and Lease Agreement

At the Guardian Vault your privacy is paramount. We will not volunteer or pass your details to any other individual, agency or organization. Only you, the box holder and the agents you nominate can access your safety deposit box. We provide you with viewing rooms that are not monitored so you can open your safe deposit box in complete privacy.

Note: While we will not volunteer any information, if the police, the Court or relevant Government agency present a search warrant for your safe deposit box, signed by a New Zealand Court of Law, you may be contacted to open your safety deposit box or it may be forcibly opened.
